Dr. Jack Chuong, is a graduate of Columbia College in New York City and Cornell University Medical College . At Cornell he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical school honor society. He completed his medical internship and residency at The Weill Cornell New York Hospital Medical Center before moving to Yale where he was a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar, completing a fellowship in clinical epidemiology as well as a gastroenterology fellowship.
He is an assistant clinical professor at The Yale University School of Medicine and is active in the CCFA(Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America) as a board member and medical advisor to the Connecticut chapter. Dr. Chuong’s interests include inflammatory bowel diseases, colonoscopy, endoscopy and general gastroenterology.
